CAPITAL PATH: Paris was nicknamed the capital of the nineteenth century and New York dominated the twentieth, but in the 21st century London is stealing that crown.
The London Capital Path tour is a whirlwind of discovery across the city. From the East End to west London you will see the weird and wonderful, the beautiful and the damned. It will introduce you to the fashion, art and architecture, people, scenes and shops beyond the tourist trail. The London Capital Path tour is, in the main, a walking tour, one which spans three principal locations.
Our journey begins in east London, a creative cornucopia and cultural melting pot. We'll wander through the markets and winding lanes and catch a glimpse of the artistic subcultures and many influences that make the East End so unique.
From here we'll travel onwards to central London, exchanging the East's creative hotbed for the West End's sleek boutiques. Bond Street is one of London's most exclusive shopping pockets, and it's always pleasant to linger, perchance to purchase, in the world's most luxurious stores.
Then it's on to cosmopolitan Notting Hill, in the west of the city - a hip enclave renowned for its exclusivity, gleaming Victorian terraces and boho bookstores. Our final stop for the day is neighbouring Ladbroke Grove, with a far more artistic, creative feel.
Your insider guide will be on-hand all the way to give you the low-down on each area and help you get the most out of your day in this buzzing capital.
